I got a new camera!  Woohoo!  I was thinking of waiting till I got to Japan to buy one but I thought I can only steal pictures from other sites for this blog for only so long.

But yeah its a Canon SX100ISB and I’m lovin it.  Been takin random shots with it and playing around with the manual control mode and taking some really weird photos… and videos…  I think its gonna tie me over nicely next year in Japan…  Better yet, it’s gonna provide some decent photo’s for this blog too!  But yeah, pretty stoked about it.

I can’t wait to get to Japan and just take photo’s of everything, im gonna look like the biggest tourist there.

Oh on a side note, Mitch and I are ALL sorted for Japan!  We’ve even got our academic references done and everything and we’ve both applied etc. etc.  (well u already knew i applied)…  But yeah, looks like we wait till September 25th to find out how many people applied and that’ll be a solid indication if we’re definately going or not…  But yeah, September 25th/26th will be the next Road To Japan Installment, covering every step we have taken to reach Japan plus more that I haven’t written here.

But yeah, that’s about it, here are a few random shots i’ve taken with my camera so far!
