Ok so let’s fill you in.. I was supposed to be going to Sydney on Thursday (July 16^th) the Watch Harry Potter with my Cousins at the star class cinemas.  Date got switched to Wednesday (The 15^th).  Had to get a flight in the afternoon so that I could get picked up.  Turns out that flight was too late.  So yesterday I transferred it to a flight on Wednesday morning.  All good?

Driving to work this morning I got a text from Jetstar: “Your flight has been cancelled douchebag”.  *I may or may not have paraphrased*

So… called them up at work.  They said the next available flight was the initial flight that I transferred from LOL I’m like “Nah” and they’re like “Damn” and I’m like “Got a flight this afternoon?” and they’re like “Yeah” and I’m like “Hook me up”.

So now I’m flying to Sydney at 4:40pm.  So… ditched work, went home, packed my luggage, had lunch with Amy, drove BACK to work to leave my car there and my boss drove me to the airport (saves a million dollars on either a train or parking).

And now I’m here at the airport.  The grumpy Jetstar woman is the biggest bitch I’ve ever seen.  So yeah, taking this time to fill in my Sydney Diary.

So what’s happening now? Well.. I’m stealing the Airtrain bandwidth, in the EXACT same seat as the time I had to sleep at the airport.  I remember raping the bandwidth then, video calling Amy whilst she was still in Belgium lol Good times.

So yeah gonna play some flash games over at Kongregate now, then check in, then go and buy some severely overpriced lunch/dinner.

Just went and had an awesome hot chocolate. However, I was retarded enough to spill some of the frothy part – NOO! Frothy part rox my sox.  But now its gone. Sad face.

Then I got hungry, went to grab some food.  Red Rooster (aka “Rad Rooter”) would be good.  Holy shit! Expensive much??

So now I’m chillaxin till take off in an hour.  Might write something on the plane.. depends if I have enough battery.

Heading off to bed now, haven’t had the chance to update my diary so let’s do some catch up.

Landed at 6:15PM, taxied for a billion years and got off the plane at 6:25PM (Note: slight exaggeration may have been used).

Desiree (aka Dede or Dederay – like a sting ray, but Dede-ified; Aunty) and Alain (Uncle) picked me up.  They rock.  Grabbed my suitcase and away we went.

Last time I was picked up from the airport, we took a few wrong turns and ended up driving for 1.5hrs (as opposed to 30 mins).  However this time, we made it home without making a detour to Warragamba Dam, shaving an hour off our travel time.

Met up with my cousin Natalie back at home, then went to the shops and bought M&M’s, then went back home and watched Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.  Whilst eating M&M’s.  Rocked.

Now I’m in bed, in my awesomely comfy Adidas jumper and comfy as ripped pants.

Might be getting sick. Hope it’s not Swine Flu lolz

Just woke up from what was possibly the worst sleep I’ve had in my life, dreadful.  It’s also the first sleep I’ve had without my breathing machine thing in about 6 months.  Could be related? I feel like total shit.  But I dunno… my mind was just racing last night and I had no idea why, hopefully it doesn’t do that again… gay…

So… sore throat too now… WHY do I have to get sick now??? Ah well, I’ll try take care of it maybe I can dodge it, It doesn’t feel like a bad cold or anything.

Apparently Nat and I are going for a run today, wicked.  As for now, I’m gonna grab a caramel latte – fuck yeah.

Been chillaxin all day, watching “The Mist” atm.  Didn’t get around to watching it when it came out on dvd at first, it’s pretty ok.  Nothing special but it goes alright.  Nearly Harry Potter time!!! MWAHAHAHAHA! Also been playing with Pepper! My cousins dog – check her out!

Ok so pretty eventful.  Finished watching The Mist, it was ok.  Then went to this “Shopping village” called “Rouse Hill”.  Never been there before, it was definitely made after I’d left Sydney 9 years ago.  It’s really cool!  It’s similar to Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast.  Ate at this place called “Red Lea” – it was a chicked joint.  Not bad at all.

Finally went and chilled out at the Gold Class Lounge at the Cinemas – waiting for the rest of the gang to show up.  I ordered 2 Scotch and Cokes to come out during the movie – see you get to order all the shit you want and they bring it to you when you want it during the movie! Gotta love Gold Class! … but the best I could come up with was alcohol lol.

So yeah, went into the movies, and the seats were super comfy.  They were all leather recliners – awesome.  Harry Potter was awesome!!! Really enjoyed it! *drools over Emma Watson* – she’s my freebie! LOL

Met up with my other cousin, Ian, who is going out with the drummer of my bands sister… Wacky. Hurts my brain.  But they both came back to my Aunty’s place/Ian’s old home – just in time to catch the 2^nd half of the 3^rd State of Origin Footy match!

New South Wales had already lost the State of Origin series, losing the first 2 games But we fought back in the 3^rd and avoided a clean sweep.  Go the Blues!

Now I’m in bed… Checked my email – Oh Kansai Gaidai has mailed my CoE! YAY! That’s freakin awesome.  Also got an email from KG regarding housing.  Filled that out, requested Seminar House 3, rooming with Mitch.

Fuck… I didn’t attach my form!!! I’m such a douchebag… fuckin hell… lol Re-sending… Done.

I must say I think I avoided the cold! No sore throat and I feel great! Also my family here are really helping this burnout thing, they’re always cheery and keeping me occupied.  It could also be that I’m happy because I’m away from home… In which case me feeling happier would be the burnout seeping through… NO! THAT’s the burnout seeping through – things are awesome! I think… too confusing lol

Bottom line – I’m having a great and relaxing time.  Planning on going to Teppanyaki this Friday night before hitting a pub/club (affectionately named by yours truly: “Plub”) and getting quite drunk.  Then I think I’m going to the Blue Mountains on Saturday which would rock!!!! Coz we’re gonna go on the skylift and I should be able to get some wicked as footage and photos! *fingers crossed*

Oh I’m outta money.. get paid in 25 minutes – all is good.

Tired… want sleep…

Went out to Blacktown shops today, pretty cool.  Ate at this pizza place that Australian Idol Winners Wes Carr and Damien Leith ate at, along with Australian Idol contestants Shannon Noll and Jessica Mauboy.  There were some other famous people… like Australian Tennis star Lleyton Hewitt. Fun!

I then went and looked around for some presents for Amy – it’s her birthday comin up! I bought her 2 small presents: a peanut, and something else (can’t really explain more yet – she reads my blog! …but she knows about the peanut – oh so random).

Now I’m back at my aunty’s place, feel like a nap… and nap I will!

Summary

Gotta think back to this day, it was action packed and didn’t get a chance to update the diary as I went. Forgot my Camera!!!

Was out alllll day today.  I went to Parramatta with my cousin Nat, she had a job interview nearby.  So basically we trained it to Parra, then I wandered the shopping centre which was like a million stories high.  I was still looking for a present for Amy. Her bday in 10 days!  But I’m really bad at buying presents, and Amy is a hard person to buy for – and she admits it.  She likes surprise presents, I hate them and hate giving them – buuuut…. I’ll surprise her anyway coz it’s what she wants for her birthday.  I have a really good idea for what I should get her, I’m suuuure she’ll like it!  Just gotta find it now…

Oh I’ve heard word that my CoE has arrived…. Only to then be forwarded north of Brisbane or something because no one was home to receive the parcel.  Cool! Coz my CoE is here!  Crap! Because I have to go to the north of Brisbane – where on earth will I find time to do that??? Gayness.

So at night, my cousins Ian (with gf Danni, who is also the drummer in bands sister, as explained earlier), and Daniel (with baby Ashton).  It was an awesome night! Had a few glasses of scotch and coke with my Uncle, watched the footy with the guys and witnessed the homosexual Brisbane Bronco’s get thrashed by the South Sydney Rabbitohs.  Now… I hate the broncos, BUT, one cannot deny that they are definitely a freakin awesome team.  As for the Rabbitohs, they hadn’t won a game up in Brisbane since 1995 – they are equivalent to a team of quadriplegics.  44-12 or something ridiculous! HAHA! Take that Brisbane! PWNAGEFULLSTOP.

Later that night Ian, Danni and I went to the “Plub” with Ian’s friends “Inkblot” and Ryan.  It was Inkblot’s birthday.  So I had a few more scotches and a vodka whilst I was there, and went and danced for a bit with everyone. Overall it was pretty meh, the club felt like a club up I HATE in Brisbane, but a bit cooler so it wasn’t that bad.  However it need’s a new sound system, those speakers were sharting themselves and in turn were sharting into my ears – it wasn’t pretty.

Knicked off from the club at around 1-2am or something.  Went and did a MACCAS RUN! WOO! Then went back to Ian and Danni’s apartment and played Wii! Lolz first time I’d played Mario Kart Wii, and let me warn you – I can drift pretty well on that too! Once it gets to my Mario Kart DS’s standards I will rule the world when it comes to Mario Kart.

Ian knicked off to a business meeting, and so I woke up and said goodbye to him.  Then I kept Danni company, made her laugh a bit, before jumpin on the Wii – eager to improve my Mario Kart skillz before Japanland.

And improve I did.

12:something PM

Ian came back and we took turns in racing in the grand prix to unlock characters and stuff.  He hadn’t done any of that yet, just got his Wii recently.  So we did that for a few hours then went and got some KFC.

Smashed that then went home. It was awesome.

Felt absolutely buggered again, I fell asleep at the wheel… of Mario Kart.  Decided it was nap time.  I can really feel the difference between sleeping a night with and without my breathing machine thingo.  I feel like shit now that I don’t have it! Not to mention my eyes are absolutely bloodshot today, I look high as a kite. Not enough sleep last night Hopefully this nap will help.

After hanging around a bit more we headed back to my Aunty and Uncle’s house.  We had some visitors from Mauritius over so it was cool to mingle with them – except they probably thought I was some demon coz my eyeballs were fucked as – SOOOOO RED!

Stayed up late, drank heaps of scotch, ate a mad dinner and watched some footy – twas awesome.  After the visitors left, I went to bed.

I went to Blacktown with my cousin Ian and Danni.  Destination: MAX BRENNER!!! Max Brenner is a Chocolate cafe/bar thing.  Basically they serve chocolate shit, all kinds, hot chocolates, waffles with ice cream and chocolate… chocolate… and… yep… chocolate.

Now… let it be said that the hot chocolate i drank/drunk/english that night was by far the BEST piece of physical matter to ever touch my tongue – instant orgasm.  That shit was the bomb.  I also had a waffle with chocolate, ice cream and a banana lol and wow it was amazing – unfortunately, in the presence of that hot chocolate the waffle then felt like it lacked, but don’t get me wrong! – that waffle was fuckin brilliant.

Woke up and checked my email.  Got an email from KG about speaking partners and some other stuff… One of which caught my eye – Kyoto tour! Suure I’ll do that.  Sounds awesome so I can’t wait to give that a whirl.

Got up, had a shower, checked my eyes – heeeeaaaps better!  And then watched my aunty make some of her famous lasagne!  I took in as much as I could but there’s no way I’ll remember.  But she’l write up a recipe for me to try in Japanland no doubt.

Just been watchin TV with my uncle, watching some footy news and watching the replay of the dude knocking out a ref with his knee by accident – sooo funny.  Lasagne’s ready, gonna start eating that soon.  Gotta leave for the airport in an hour.

Ian and Danni swung by to say good bye, Nat and Ken are back from the markets too.  Just saying my goodbyes from them.  My aunty shoved some lasagne into my suitcase LOL it BETTER be awesome when I eat it tonight for dinner!

Boarding in a minute, slept the whole way to the airport, can’t wait to start sleeping with my machine again – no idea how I used to live without it!

On the train home from Robina.  Jetstar are faggots and when I booked a RETURN flight from BRISBANE, they returned me to the GOLD COAST! GAH! My car is in Brisbane!!!!  So lucky me, I befriended this Web Developer chick on the plane, and she offered to drive me to Robina station (which is end of the line).  So now I’m training back to Loganlea where mum will pick me up and take me to my work just outside of Brisbane to get my car.  Then I can finally go home and rest.  Oh gotta go get Amy first tho, might catch a movie… we’ll see…
